Automation Architect
ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise automation solutions across complex operational environments. You'll work alongside delivery teams, product stakeholders, and client architects to translate business requirements into scalable, governed automation architectures using RPA, AI, and agentic systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design end-to-end automation architectures for enterprise clients across banking, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Define governance frameworks, reuse patterns, and CoE-wide engineering standards
- Lead technical discovery and process analysis workshops with client stakeholders
- Collaborate with ARIA and AURA product teams on platform integration and roadmap alignment
- Mentor RPA developers and engineers on architectural best practices
- Support pre-sales engagements with technical solution design and estimation
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in enterprise automation with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
- Deep knowledge of process mining, RPA governance, and CoE operating models
- Experience designing ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in solution architecture documentation and design patterns
- Strong communication skills with executive and technical stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exposure to agentic AI or LLM-based automation pipelines
- Experience delivering large-scale transformations (500+ bots in production)
